How to Request Account Deletion

Propwave users can initiate deletion inside the mobile app by signing in, opening Profile, selecting Security & Privacy, and choosing Request Account Deletion.

If you no longer have the app installed, email info@propwave.co from the email address linked to your account with the subject Account Deletion Request. Include your full name, account email, and account role if known.

What Happens Next

We will verify that the requester controls the account email or can otherwise prove account ownership. After verification, we will disable or delete the account and remove or de-identify personal information that is not legally required for us to keep.

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. If the request is complex, legally restricted, or connected to an active transaction, dispute, payment, verification, or legal-service matter, we will tell you if more time is needed.

Data We Delete

We delete or de-identify account profile details, authentication records where no longer needed, app preferences, saved-property activity, non-essential messages, uploaded profile photos, and other personal information associated with your account where deletion is permitted.

Data We May Retain

We may retain information required for legal, tax, accounting, payment reconciliation, chargeback, fraud prevention, property dispute, verification audit, legal-service, safety, or regulatory purposes. Retained information is limited to the purpose requiring retention and is not used for ordinary marketing.
