By creating a Propwave account or using Propwave, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. Role-specific accounts, including customer, agent, agency, developer and property manager, and lawyer accounts, must provide truthful profile, business, and professional information.
Listings, enquiries, verification requests, legal-service requests, and transaction information submitted through Propwave must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Propwave may review, reject, suspend, or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
Paid verification, listing, promotion, legal-service, and property-related services are governed by the price and payment terms shown at checkout. External payment providers may process payment information under their own terms and privacy notices.
You may not use Propwave to post fraudulent listings, impersonate another person, misrepresent credentials, interfere with the platform, scrape data without permission, or violate applicable law.
Propwave handles personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Users may request account deletion through the app, at /account-deletion, or by contacting info@propwave.co.
